Looking forward in a time of uncertainty

To Our Community,

It is our sincere hope that you are healthy and in a space that nourishes both mind and spirit. As we sow seeds in our greenhouse that will soon make their way into the soil, we think of you, our community, and how we can better grow food that nourishes you and our planet.

We are all being called on to support those around us through conversation, listening, resource drop-offs, information sharing and more. Though we are in an uncertain time, we know some things with certainty: This morning we harvested pea shoots and seeded onions, and tomorrow we will seed the next crop. In a few months’ time, we will harvest them. We feel enormously lucky to have the grounding presence of our farm–work goes on.

In light of COVID-19, our duty to our community has become more clear than ever. We are prepared to be resilient in order to keep providing you with food. If we have to change the format of pickups, we will do so with flexibility and care.

The CSA model relies on farmer foresight and member anticipation of yet-to-be-grown food. Right now, it’s hard to think beyond tomorrow, let alone next month. We hope that you take care of yourself and your immediate needs first, then, if you’re able, sign up for a CSA share.

As your farmers and your neighbors, it is our goal to feed as many people as possible. That being said, our CSA shares are limited. Humbly, we ask that you help us prepare and let us know if you plan to join us this upcoming season.

If you have already signed up, your CSA share is secure.

If you are a returning member, please note that the name of our “half-share” has changed to “partial-share”.

Wishing you all safety and health.

If you have any questions at all, please reach out and connect.
