In-Store Demo: MyForest Foods

The Farm Store is excited to now carry MyBacon, a plant-based bacon alternative made by MyForest Foods in Green Island, NY. MyBacon is made from mycelium (the roots of mushrooms), and is delicious! The team from MyForest Foods will be at the Farm Store on June 8 from 11am-4 pm under the pavilion to sample out their product and talk with customers. We hope you’ll stop by and give it a try.
