Wildflower Seed Collection and Seed Saving/Propagation Workshop

Weather permitting, this will be an opportunity to help the Farmscape Ecology Program collect seeds from native wildflowers around Hawthorne Valley Farm. Help us build our seed bank and take home seeds! Throughout the morning, botany intern Elena Kubicek will be on hand to give you an introduction on how to collect, store, and grow the seeds, and to answer your questions.

Please register with Elena if you are interested and she will confirm a few days before, that the event is happening. She will also give details on which seeds are ready to be collected and where to meet.
