Pollinator Meadow Exploration

Join researchers from the Farmscape Ecology Program (FEP) for an exploration of a pollinator meadow seeded by volunteers in the autumn of 2019 on a former corn field at Overmountain Conservation Area in Ancram.

On this exploration walk, learn which native seeds were planted, what plants grow their now, which pollinators visit the plants, and what the FEP team has learned over the years from monitoring the vegetation development.

This free event is sponsored by the Columbia Land Conservancy. Participant number is limited, so please register by emailing FEP or call 518-672-7994 to reserve a space and receive directions. Rain date: July 24th.
